You just need to go to one of these translation services or download one of them and translate your text from one language to another. However, these translation services are not that good. Alta Vista Translation (a.k.a Babelfish and Online) - Free Translation Tool

This service is one of the best online translation service. It allows you to translate blocks of text or whole webpages from ne language to another. You just have to provide the text/URL to be tranlsated and the jobis done. It has a very easy to use interface. You can even integrate a menu into your website if you are a webmaster. Your visitors can thus translate your site from one language to another. The supported language to translate in-between are: English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and possibly more. Chinese To English Dictionary (Online) - Free Translation Tool

Like the Lexin, this is an online translation book/dictionary which allows you to translate your Chinese text to English.

Like the Chinese To English Dictionary, this tool allows to to translate between Swedish, Spanish, Bosnian, Russian, Croatian, English, Finnish, Turkish and Greek.

This service is a bit similar to the Babelfish translation service from Alta Vista. It provides you with a box where you can feed your text to translate or simply provide the URL of the webpage you want to tranlsate.
